Summary0008945: Older Rocky Linux 8.x and 9.x Cloud Kernel Source and packages not available in vault
DescriptionI cannot find all old 8.x and 9.x cloud kernel source and packages (i.e. 9.1, 9.2 kernels) in the public vault.

I was able to find the kernel source, kernel headers and debug packages for 9.4 GCP Cloud Kernel, and only recently find 9.3, but not older kernels.

I support a out-of-tree kernel module, and need access to the kernel source for all Rocky 8.x and 9.x Cloud Kernels.
Steps To ReproduceSearch for older 8.x or 9.x kernel (i.e. 5.14.0-284.*.el9_2.cloud*) in
https://dl.rockylinux.org/vault/sig/
or
https://dl.rockylinux.org/pub/sig/

For Rocky 8, you can only find the latest 8.10 in pub and 8.9 in vault
For Rocky 9, you can only find the latest 9.4 in pub and 9.3 and 9.4 in vault

Note: Rocky 9.5 Cloud Kernel has still not released support for 5.14.0-503 kernel.

Note, I'm primarily looking for the ARM64 (aarch64) kernels and their source/packages.
