Do you have working DNS?

Try pinging 1.1.1.1 to confirm basic Internet connectivity.

Then try `curl https://google.com` to confirm DNS works.

I'm not sure if you intended to post an unrelated screenshot, but that has nothing to do with this. You likely have a network issue of some sort. Anyway, closing out this issue as this isn't what this bug tracker is for, because this is not a bug in Rocky Linux. If you want more help troubleshooting your issue, go to the forums at https://forums.rockylinux.org or the chat at https://chat.rockylinux.org.

Addendum: you definitely have weird stuff going on in your network if you can't ping 1.1.1.1, but you can curl Google. Perhaps you have some proxies set up, or perhaps your DNS server is giving out IPv4s and you only have an IPv6 connection. Either way, it's not a problem with the repository, and you should refer to the forum or the chat.
