Summary0004094: One of the mirrors for is still serving rocky 8.6 powertools repo.
DescriptionAt least one of the mirrors for is still serving the rocky 8.6 is still serving the 8.6 Powertools repository as an active release instead of having it in

As the el-8.6 is still has long term support available we still need to use it in the development continuous integration testing along with the current versions.

We maintain a local mirror cache of the contents from and have had this old Powertools repository show up in our local cache at least 3 times in the last month, and this causes the testing to fail until we clear it out of the local cache.

The local cache server is setup so that "releasever" will directly access repository data by first looking in the normal release directory tree and then looking in the vault directory tree.

I am not able to reproduce this from my location, nor from several proxy locations around the globe.

Can you let me know where you are querying from, so I can try to isolate this to a cache region?

I checked all our servers, and they are still all sharing the same root NFS share which provides the content in the proper location.

As a point of procedure, the Rocky Enterprise Software Foundation does not provide support for EL8.6, only the latest release of each active Major.

Is there a better URL that we can use for refreshing our own local mirror?
