Summary	0006470: Rocky 9.3 soft lockup
Description	we have Rocky 9.3 running on ESXi8 host many of them has this error and froze up the terminal kernel: watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#1 stuck for 71s! [kworker/1:1H:48] we have already upgraded the kernel to Linux 5.14.0-362.24.1.el9_3.0.1.x86_64 x86_64
