Summary	0004623: Stock kernel packages missing
Description	I'm developing 3rd party driver packages for EL9.2 (i.e. elrepo) and went to install the stock kernel-devel-5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2.x86_64, but the package cannot be found in the DNF repos. sudo dnf makecache --refresh sudo dnf install kernel-devel-5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2.x86_64 I was expecting them to be here, but it appears that only the latest errata kernel-devel package is there. https://download.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/9/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/k/ I was able to locate a signed copy of the RPM from here: https://download.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/9/AppStream/x86_64/kickstart/Packages/k/ Can you please restore at least the stock EL9.2 kernel packages (5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2) to the DNF repos?

Of course this will be changed, but takes time. For the moment skip is hosting a additive mirror, which also keeps the old versions: https://skiprocky.linuxdn.org/rocky9_archive/9.2/AppStream/x86_64/
