| Summary | 0003169: soup WebSocket server asserts when a client is closing the connection | ||||
| Description | On rocky linux 8.7, a websockets server implemented with libsoup asserts (SIGABRT) when a client closes the connection. This is similar to the problem reported upstream in issue 181 (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/issues/181). The libsoup rpm is based on 2.62.3 tarball plus 3 patches for websockets that are causing the issue. Backporting upstream commit 87e8c2ab (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/commit/87e8c2ab9f3bc79befb0e3b25ec513cfd36fefe9) fixes it | ||||
