| Description | This is a duplicate of RH/Fedora Bug 2024527 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2024527. For some locales, e.g. de_DE.UTF-8, dnf fails to install updates if some of the packages are already downloaded: Fehler: Fehler beim Herunterladen der Pakete: java-1.8.0-openjdk-headless-1:1.8.0.342.b07-2.el8_6.x86_64: Already downloaded A workaround is to clean the package cache and restart the upgrade process.
