DescriptionDescription of problem:
The new scap-security-guide RPM no longer contains the /usr/share/xml/scap/ssg/content/ssg-rl9-ds.xml file which breaks the add-on for rocky linux.

SCAP Security Guide Version:
0.1.80-1.el9_7

Operating System Version:
Rocky 9.7

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download scap-security-guide RPM v80
2. utilize add-on in Rocky kickstart
3. kickstart fails because file doesn't exist
4.

Actual Results:
kickstart fails because the file doesn't exist

Expected Results:
add-on runs like it always has
Steps To ReproduceAttempt to install latest scap-security-guide RPM and use add-on via kickstart

It appears that the culprit for this issue is that SOURCES/0001-Add-Rocky-Linux-as-a-derivative-of-RHEL.patch was deleted in tag imports/r9/scap-security-guide-0.1.80-1.el9_7

There appears to be a patch that has already been committed to remedy this issue (https://git.rockylinux.org/staging/rpms/scap-security-guide/-/compare/imports%2Fr9%2Fscap-security-guide-0.1.80-1.el9_7...patched%2Fr9%2Fscap-security-guide-0.1.80-1.el9_7.rocky.1.1?from_project_id=2350), and the r9 branch has the missing file restored presently (https://git.rockylinux.org/staging/rpms/scap-security-guide/-/tree/r9/SOURCES).

Last Koji build doesn't appear to have pulled in the restored patch file from the SOURCES dir:
https://kojidev.rockylinux.org/kojifiles/packages/scap-security-guide/0.1.80/1.el9_7.rocky.1.1/data/logs/noarch/build.log
