Summary	0011122: RPM package updated but metadata not updated.
Description	I install Development Tools with vault repository, and it failed with "[MIRROR] copy-jdk-configs-4.0-3.el9.noarch.rpm: Interrupted by header callback: Inconsistent server data, reported file Content-Length: 27889, repository metadata states file length: 27893 (please report to repository maintainer)". After I check the rpm package copy-jdk-configs in "https://dl.rockylinux.org/vault/rocky/9.5/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/c/". I find the package update at "2025-Nov-20 06:13:54Z", but metadate no change. For the vault repository, it appears that some incorrect package upgrade occurred?

In appstream the following package metadata says it was built in 2022, however the size has been changed very slightly, such that it does not match the repo metadata. Packages/p/perl-Carp-1.50-460.el9.noarch.rpm
