Enabling the "devel" repo for at least Rocky 9 fails. It was working last week.
This issue was reported in the past with issue 0003268 and the reason was a missing redirect on the server. So now the issue has reappeared.
Steps To Reproduce
# dnf list --enablerepo=devel

Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'devel': Cannot prepare internal mirrorlist: No URLs in mirrorlist
Thanks for the report! We had an outage of our mirrorlist service and this is a result of some bad regex in my fallback code on the CDN. I've created a ticket to track fixing that, too.
