Summary	0000089: Migration script should be able to install cloud provider specific enhancements
Description	With SIG/Cloud we're planning to introduce certain enhancements to Core. Automatically installing the enhancements may provide for a better experience. We should look into adding this into the migration script.

I also was thinking we could suggest the changes to the user if we detect they're running in a cloud environment, e.g.
