| Description | When booting from USB Flash Drive (Rocky-8.6-x86_64-dvd1.iso) after selecting Install, a message flashes by I managed to video record: "dracut-pre-udev[850]: modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'sha256_mb' : No such device The next line is the green "OK" where "Started Show Plymouth Boot Screen". Hardware is: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Install USB Flash drive in USB port with Rocky-8.6-x86_64-dvd1.iso. Hold F12 to select to boot from USB key in BIOS option and the error message will appear shortly flashing by as described each time. | ||||
| Additional Information | This also occurs in the Rocky Linux 8.7 beta which I have reported to the Testing Channel. | ||||
