Description	The version of tzdata in the repo is 2024a, while the r8 branch of dist-git is at 2022g. For whatever it's worth, the r8s branch _is_ at 2024a.

Our current tooling doesn't sync up the main branches when a package is built and released from a beta or lookahead (-s prefix) branch. It's a known deficiency, though one I'm not sure we've documented yet. We'll get this synced up.
