Summary0000595: when creating a new user on Rocky 9 (for raspberry pi) the README says Rocky 8
Descriptiondefault README in rocky user home dir references Rocky 9 as expected. But when I create a new user (adduser) the README that is generated in the new user's home dir references Rocky 8.
Steps To Reproducelogin as rocky user
sudo su
adduser bob
logout / login as bob
cat ./README

displays Rocky 8
