Thank you for the report.

The FIPS provider is indeed provided by Red Hat, and thus that is how it's named. We do not see this as a branding issue. We do not maintain the provider that Red Hat works on themselves.

Setting to needinfo, as the rest of the release engineering team will discuss this further down the road.
